These are two examples of products produced from Spelt or Dinkel.
The Dinkel Vollkornmehl is whole meal flour produced from organic spelt grown in Austria. It is suitable for bread making. The Muesli, produced in Germany, contains oat flakes, dinkel flakes (27%), mini-cornflakes, cranberries (8%), dinkel-snackies (7%) and three-corn-snackies (oats, rye and wheat). |
