| This picture shows the new pool created in the mill meadow during the winter by widening a section of the overflow stream. Although the sides are bare at present, it is expected that aquatic vegetation will soon become established around the pool. Beyond the pool, behind the tree on the left, is the edge of a cleared area that will become a naturalised wild area. |
